Dear Support,

yesterday, I had a quiet long phone call with Frédéric Dumas
(***@ellis.siteparc.fr). I know Frédéric now for several years. He
joinded the "Paris group"/CAcert France as corresondant member (as he lives
now in Cracow) and is "our man in Poland". Recently, he joined the PR team.
After a lot of other topics, he had some questions about his password (he
doesn't ask to reset the password - for this, he will do a re-assurance
assisted password reset).

The point is, as he has access to wiki/lists/many more, but no more to the
main account. What is strange: He changed the password in May , wrote it
down on a paper an registered it with a password manager. Both does not
work anymore. After reading in the wiki, he wants to know:
- Did support change something between May, 1st and August 20th this year
(following the wiki this can happen)?
- If support could have a look to his password or password history: IS
there something that changed between May 1st and August 20th this year?
- Are there known issues with special caracters?
